Canyon of Dark Souls was one of the six scarezones that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 21. Surrounding the walls of the canyon are the Dark Souls, figures dressed in black with skull masks. It was located in the International Food Bazaar.
History and Location[]
In 2011, Universal decided to have a scarezone featuring many tall skeletal figures, as both props and scareactors called Canyon of Dark Souls. The scarezone would be very small.
The scarezone would be located in an area called The International Food Bazaar, an area located in World Expo. It would end up being the only scarezone held in this location. The International Food Bazaar would eventually be replaced with Springfield U.S.A.
Description[]
Upon entering into the Canyon of Dark Souls, you will feel like a small spec of humanity as the overwhelming sense of death surrounds you. Creatures that dwell within the Canyon are not welcoming so walk slowly as to not disturb them!

- The scareactors in stilts sometimes hide among the other skulls hanging on the walls, making the guests wonder what's real and what's not. Others stay still like statues until the right moment.
- This was the only scarezone located in the International Food Bazaar.
