Screamhouse Revisited was one of the houses at Halloween Horror Nights 13. It was a sequel to the original Screamhouse from the previous year's event, Halloween Horror Nights: Islands of Fear. It was located in Soundstage 20 along with All Nite Die-In.
Something is drawing you back to this haunted Victorian manor, where ghostly apparitions and gory corpses try to make sure you never leave again.
Instead of entering through a mortuary, guests entered Screamhouse Revisited through a mausoleum. When guests entered, an undead man scared guests from inside his coffin. Guests then take a secret passage into the Caretaker's mortuary itself. This house, unlike it's predecessor, was focused more on the environment than scares itself, making this a much tamer house than the original "Mortuary of Madness".

Universal decided to make-up for the nearly scare-free Screamhouse Revisited in Halloween Horror Nights: Sweet 16 . Their solution was Screamhouse: Resurrection. Many fans say that Resurrection made up for Revisited.
